| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨足背皮瓣在毁损性创面修复中的应用. 方法 应用足背皮瓣修复毁损性创面11例,其中带蒂皮瓣转移修复同侧小腿皮肤软组织缺损9例,吻合血管的游离足背皮瓣移植修复手背缺损2例(带肌腱的复合组织瓣1例). 结果 皮瓣全部成活,2例游离足背皮瓣移植修复手背软组织缺损患者术后手功能及外观良好. 结论 足背皮瓣血管解剖相对恒定,修复创面后不臃肿,是修复毁损性创面较理想的皮瓣.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the utilization of dorsum pedis flaps in repairing devastated wound. Methods Devastated wound was repaired by dorsum pedis flaps in 11 cases. Ipsilateral pedicled skin flaps were adopted in 9 cases of impaired skin of leg. Free dorsum pedis flaps were used in 2 cases of impaired dorsum manus (1 case with compound flap with tendons). The blood supply of the flaps was restored by anastomosing the arteries and veins. Results All the flaps survived. Satisfactory appearance and good function of the hand were obtained in 2 cases repaired by free dorsum pedis flaps. Conclusion As the dorsum pedis flap has relatively constant anatomy and the repaired wound has no swelling appearance, it is an ideal flap to repair the devastated wound. |
