产黄青霉菌的诱变选育

目的：通过对产黄青霉菌的谤变选育，最后达到提高青霉素生产水平。方法：用紫外线对青霉素生产菌“产黄青霉”进行诱变处理，通过定向选育获得耐高浓度青霉素的突变菌株。结论：诱变育种和其它育种方法相比，具有速度快，方法简便等优点，是抗生素产生菌选育的一种重要方法。

Object:Throngh mutagenesis and selection of producing xanthocillin,at last we improve the producing level of penicillin.Method:Use ultraviolet ray to mutafgenesis the xan- thocillin.After orientation selection,we get the new strain which can reject high concentration penicillin.Conclusion:Compare the mutagenesis method with other methods,it has the advantage of high speed and convenient.It's an important way of antibiotic selection.
