8例全机器人房间隔缺损修补的护理

目的探讨我院8例全机器人不开胸房间隔缺损的护理特点,为今后的护理工作提供依据。方法采用便利抽样前瞻性研究的方法,设计好每位患者所要收集的资料,从患者入院到出院做全程的护理,入院主要进行相关知识的宣教和心理辅导,术后针对性护理,早期进行康复训练。结果8例患者顺利接受手术,术后未出现任何并发症,经过康复训练痊愈出院。结论全机器人不开胸房间隔缺损修补是一项新的微创手术,其护理需注重知识的宣教,消除患者的疑虑,做好充分的术前准备工作,确保患者的安全。术后早期注意观察引流有无出血的发生,做好肺部护理,尤其是右肺的护理,尽早让患者下地活动,可促进各系统的恢复。

Nursing on 8 cases of repair ASD with totally robotic

Objective To explore the nursing characteristic of repair atrial septal defect（ASD） with totally robotic in order to provide scientific data for the clinic nursing work.Methods The first 8 cases who received repair ASD with totally robotic was collected on their individual information and nursing data from their admission to discharge.Results 8 patients underwent repair ASD with totally robotic well-off and recovered uneventfully without complications after rehabilitation nursing.Conclusions Repair ASD with totally robotic is a new minimally-invasive operation.Preoperative education is important to alleviate the patient＇s misgivings.In early postoperative course,the amount of drainage should be observed and the pulmonary nursing,especially the right lung must be stressed Early postoperative exercise can reduce the recovery time.
