2型糖尿病大血管病变患者血清胰岛素样因子-1水平变化及其临床意义

摘    要:目的研究2型糖尿病大血管病变患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平变化及其临床意义。方法正常对照组30例,2型糖尿病无合并症组27例,2型糖尿病合并大血管病变组30例,用酶联免疫吸附法分别测定各组血清IGF-1水平。结果对照组IGF-1(186.79±79.35)pg/ml,2型糖尿病无合并症组IGF-1(91.78±24.00)pg/ml,与对照组相比明显降低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);2型糖尿病合并大血管病变组IGF-1(65.73±12.54)pg/ml,较2型糖尿病无合并症组降低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论2型糖尿病无合并症者血清IGF-1水平降低,2型糖尿病合并大血管病变者血清IGF-1水平更低,其在大血管病变的发生、发展中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy.Methods The serum IGF-1 was detected by ELISA in 30 of healthy controls,30 of type 2 diabetes without complications and 30 of type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy patients.Results The serum IGF-1 in type 2 diabetes was lower than that in healthy controls(P<0.01);The serum IGF-1 in type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy was obviously lower than that in type 2 diabetes without complications(P<0.01).Conclusion IGF-1 may play an important role in the development and progression of type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy.
