黑龙江省第五次卫生服务调查居民卫生需求和利用分析

卫生服务调查对于揭示黑龙江省居民卫生服务需求与利用的现状与变化趋势,同时找出卫生服务中存在的主要问题,为政府相关部门制定卫生规划和政策改革提供客观依据十分重要。国家第五次卫生服务调查黑龙江省采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,对居民进行入户问卷调查。两周患病率为275.9‰,随着年龄的增加两周患病率呈上升趋势;慢性病患病率为329.2‰,两周就诊率为156.53‰,两周未就诊率为61.22%。居民调查前一年内住院率为80.43‰。黑龙江省居民的卫生服务需求量继续增大,卫生服务利用有待进一步提高。

Residents Medical Needs and Utilization Analysis of the Fifth National Health Services Survey in Heilongjiang Province

Health service investigation is important for understanding the status and the change of residents＇ health service needs and utilization in Heilongjiang Province. It is also very important in identifying the main problems that exist in health services and providing objective basis for health planning and policy reform. The fifth health service investigation of HeiLongjiang province used the method of Stratified-cluster random sampling and the household survey on residents. The two-week prevalence rate was 275.9‰. with the increase of age, two-week prevalence rate is on the rise. The chronic disease prevalence was 329.2‰, The treatment prevalence was 156.53 ‰. the prevalence rate for those not seeking doctors was 61.22%. Residents hospitalized the year before the survey was 80.43‰. The population＇s health services demand increased continuously in Heilongjiang Province and health service utilization remains to be improved.
