价值链视角下我国上市制药企业商业模式实证研究

目前研究对商业模式内涵认识比较模糊，为了形成制药企业商业模式规范分析，本研究通过解构制药企业的价值链，从定位、竞争优势、潜在利润3个要素来对样本上市制药企业的商业模式类型进行划分，并运用因子分析法来分析样本企业制药财务指标评价，结合代表性案例来探讨不同类型商业模式的特点。综合分析结果显示，制药企业总体综合绩效偏低，协调网络型商业模式制药企业的绩效最好。最后，从企业和政府两个角度提出相关建议。

Empirical study on the business model of pharmaceutical enterprises in China based on the perspective of value chain

The core value of business model requires more study presently. In order to form a normative analysis of the business model of pharmaceutical enterprises, the value chain of pharmaceutical enterprises was deconstructed and the business models of the sampled pharmaceutical enterprises were studied from three aspects including positioning, competitive advantage and potential proift. The ifnancial index of sampled pharmaceutical enterprises was analyzed and evaluated by factor analysis technique. The characteristics of different business models were discussed via some typical cases. The ifnal conclusion showed that more improvement was needed for the overall performance of pharmaceutical enterprises and the best performance could be seen in the enterprises with coordinating network structure. Finally, some suggestions were proposed based on the sight of both enterprises and government.
