| 摘 要： | 胃癌淋巴结转移率分期评估胃癌预后的均一性和适用性均显著优于淋巴结转移数量分期,其准确性与之相当,并有利于纠正淋巴结转移数量分期的偏倚.但是概念的混乱和分级标准的不一致对临床应用带来一些影响.目前对淋巴结转移率分期的研究正引起更多关注.

| Abstract: | The evaluation of the prognosis of gastric cancer of the gastric cancer metastatic lymph node ratio （rN） is significantly better than metastatic lymph node number （pN） in homogeneity and applicability,though the accuracy makes no difference,the gastric cancer metastatic lymph node ratio （rN） is conductive to correct N staging bias.However,the confusion of the two concepts,inconsistency of the classification standard has already seriously affected the clinical application.Thus,deep research of rN deserves more attention. |
