人工全膝关节置换术中假体旋转力线定位的研究进展

摘    要:
人工全膝关节置换术后旋转力线对于患者术后功能和假体使用寿命十分重要。近年来,针对膝关节假体旋转力线的评估方法和手术技术在不断发展,特别是计算机导航辅助手术的应用,使得关节假体的旋转力线更为精确。本文就膝关节假体旋转力线的评估、旋转力线对术后功能的影响,以及计算机导航的最新应用进展做一综述。

Abstract:
Rotational alignment after total knee arthroplasty is crucial for the postoperative outcome and survival expectation of prosthesis. In recent decades, improving evaluation and surgery technique, like navigation system, have notably promoted the precision of rotational alignment of total knee arthroplasty. The evaluation methods of rotational alignment, its effect on post-op function and the advances of latest computer-assisted navigation technique in total knee arthroplasty are briefly reviewed in this article.
