内蒙古自治区乌审旗全球基金结核病控制项目效果评价

目的:评价结核病控制项目乌审旗第一轮全球基金实施效果.方法:收集全旗各年度季报表及督导检查有关资料进行分析.结果:第一轮全球基金实施5年全旗共发现涂阳肺结核病人164例,涂阳病人的平均新登记率从项目前的5.28/10万上升到44.63/10万,涂阳病人的平均治愈率从项目前的60.00%上升到91.32%.病人的丢失率从项目前的9.09%降至0.结论:乌审旗实施结核病控制项目已取得显著成绩,实现了提高涂阳肺结核病人的发现率和治愈率的目标,其主要原因是行政干预、结核病防治宣传和DOTS策略的落实.

Evaluation of the Implementation of the GFATM China Tuberculosis Control Project in WuShenqi

Objective:The study was conducted to evaluate the performance of the first round of the tuberculosis control project of the Global Fund in Wu Shenqi.Methods: All flags in the annual statements and checks were collected for analysis.Results: A tota of 164 smear-positive cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were found in the five years of the first round.The average new registration rate of smear-positive patients had increased to 44.63/lakh from 5.28/lakh before the project was implemented.And the average cure rate of smear-positive patients had risen to 91.32% from previously 60.00%.The loss rate dropped to 0 from 9.09%.Conclusion: The tuberculosis control project in WuShenqi has already achieved positive results.The discovery and cure rates of smear-positive tuberculosis patients have been increased,which are contributed by the administrative intervention,promotion of tuberculosis prevention and the implementation of DOTS strategies.
