乙型肝炎外周血Th1/Th2、Tc1/Tc2表达失衡的临床意义

目的探讨Th1/Th2、Tc1/Tc2细胞因子在乙型肝炎中的表达及临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术分析乙型肝炎患者外周血不同T淋巴细胞亚群中细胞因子(IFN-γ、IL-4)的表达,分别比较急慢性乙型肝炎以及慢性轻、中、重度肝炎IFN-γ、IL-4表达水平的变化。结果慢性肝炎Th2、Tc2细胞高于急性肝炎(P<0.01;P<0.05);相对于轻度组,中度Th1、Tc1以及重度组Th1、Tc1均有升高(P<0.01),相对于中度组,重度组Th1、Tc1亦有增高(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论乙型肝炎外周血Th2、Tc2与炎症慢性化有关;随着慢性乙型肝炎活动程度的加剧Th1、Tc1细胞逐渐增多。

Clinical Significance of Expression Imbalance of Th1/Th2 and Tc1/Tc2 in Peripheral Blood of Hepatitis B Cases

Objective To explore the expressions and clinical significance of Th1/Th2 and Tc1/Tc2 cytokines in hepatitis B cases.Methods The different T cell subtypes(IFN-γ,IL-4)were assessed by flow cytometry.The levels of Th2 and Tc2 between acute and chronic hepatitis B,between slight,moderate and severe chronic hepatitis B were analyzed.Results The levels of Th2 and Tc2 were higher in chronic hepatitis B than those in acute chronic hepatitis B(P<0.01;P<0.05).Compared with the slight group,the levels of Th1 and Tc1 were higher in the moderate and severe group(P<0.01).Compared with the moderate group,the levels of Th1 and Tc1 levels were higher in the severe group(P<0.05;P<0.01).Conclusions The levels of Th2 and Tc2 levels are associated with chronic inflammation in hepatitis B cases.The levels of Th1 and Tc1 increase with the increased inflammatory activity in hepatitis B cases.
