| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腰痛酸软在糖尿病肾虚证辨证中的重要性。方法将460例糖尿病患者按是否具有腰痛酸软分成腰痛酸软组(154例)和无腰痛酸软组(306例),提取各组患者39个症状、体征、行为,根据编制的肾虚调查量表评分细则对每个患者逐一进行等级评分,分析糖尿病肾虚证的构成与分布状况。结果两组患者症状总积分比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),18项症状除舌质红、面色无华、大便稀溏、脉迟微、尿频余沥不尽5项外,其余13项症状出现频率两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),腰痛酸软组与无腰痛酸软组频率比约为2∶1。结论腰痛酸软可作为是糖尿病肾虚证的定位症状,五心烦热、盗汗、两颧发红、潮热、齿松发脱、健忘、少津、夜尿频多、肢冷畏寒、耳鸣、精神不振、脉沉无力可为腰痛酸软作为诊断糖尿病肾虚证提供有力的依据。 |
