摘    要:
细胞周期依赖性激酶抑制基因(CDKN2A)为抑癌基因,编码两种周期抑制蛋白p16INK4a和p14ARF;进而通过p16INK4a—CDK4(和CDK6)-pRb途径和p14ARF—mdm2-p53途径发挥细胞周期调控作用。研究发现在多种肿瘤中均存在CDKN2A的基因变异,现就近年来的研究状况做一简要概述。

Abstract:
Cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor(CDKN2A) is an important tumor suppressor gene,which belongs to cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor family.It plays a critical role in regulating cell proliferatin and apoptosis.CDKN2A gene is also called INK4a-ARF gene,and it encodes two proteins named as p16INK4a and p14ARF which actions by Rb and p53 respectively.Researchers pay more attention to its role in tumorigenesis because of its alterations in various tumors.
