加味四君子汤的临床与实验研究

加味四君子汤治疗脾虚型慢性浅表—萎缩性胃炎,肠道吸收不良综合征和糖尿病患者,总有效率分别为92.9%、76.6%及70.1%,与对照组有显著差异。用大黄和利血平造成脾虚动物模型,产生消化系统的吸收分解和运动障碍及适应调节和营养代谢失调,用四君子汤治疗均有改善,为临床提供了依据。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION AND EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF DECOCTION OF MODIFIED FOUR NOBLE INGREDIENTS

A study of treatment by decoction of modified four noble ingre- dients was made in chronic gastritis,intestinal malabsorption syndrome,and di- abetes with spleen-deficiency.It showed that according to the treating different diseases by the same method,good results might be obtained by reinforcing the vi- tal energy and invigorating the function of spleen,such as decoction of modified four noble ingredients,if they were caused by deficiency of spleen. Spleen deficiency syndrome like animal model,produced by taking of rheum palmatum and reserpine,manifesteda series of general physical-patholgical changes of maladjustion and malnutrition,mainly showed in digestive system.These resuIts might be differentiated as spleen deficiency and cured by decoction of four noble ingredients,It provided a theoretical basis for the study on the essence of spleen deficiency syndrome.
