摘    要:目的探讨微波对生殖系统的作用特点。方法用频率为2450MHz、功率密度为10mW/cm2的微波(连续辐照6、12、18d,30、6和90min/d)辐照小鼠,动物采用自由体位;观察体重、睾体比、精子数量和精子畸变率等指标的改变。结果辐照组(30min和90min,连续12d组)小鼠体重较平行对照组(0min组)明显下降(P<0.05);各辐照组的精子畸形率均较平行对照组明显增加,以60min,连续12d组最为显著(P<0.01)。结论10mW/cm2、2450MHz微波对受照小鼠精子畸变率有明显的升高作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of microwave on spermatic system of mice.Method Mice were radiated with 2 450 MHz, 10 mW/cm2 microwave for 6,12 and 18 days(30, 60 and 90 min/day), mice are free sports during the exposure of microwave. Weight, testis weight ratio,sperm quantity and sperm malformed ratio were used to detect the effects of microwave.Result Microwave groups at 12day,everyday 30min and 90min,it's weight of mice were significantly decreased compared with the normal control(0 min group)(P< 0.05).Sperm malformed ratio of microwave groups were significantly increased compared with control groups, microwave group at 12day,60 min/day was best significant (P< 0.01).Conclusion Microwave exposure at 10 mW/cm2,2 450 MHz can produce the obvious increase of sperm malformed ratio in mice.
