重症监护病房鲍曼不动杆菌医院感染危险因素

目的了解重症监护病房下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌医院感染爆发的危险因素。方法通过临床查看病人和采样检测方法 ,对本医院重症监护病房集中出现的4例下呼吸道院内感染暴发的病人进行流行病学调查。结果该医院重症监护病房在4 d之内连续出现4例下呼吸道医院感染患者,经过对病人痰标本分离培养鉴定,均检出鲍曼不动杆菌。同时从该病房11名医务人员手和病人使用的呼吸机管道标本中检出12株鲍曼不动杆菌。此4例病人均进行过手术治疗和多项侵袭性操作,临床使用了大量抗生素且采用联合应用。结论该医院重症监护病房发生了鲍曼不动杆菌下呼吸道医院内感染暴发,呼吸机和医务人员手严重带菌以及侵袭性操作是感染的主要危险因素。
