临床常见医院感染病原菌及耐药性观察

目的观察医院感染常见病原菌及其对抗菌药物耐药情况,为合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法通过回顾性调查方法 ,对住院病人临床标本细菌分离鉴定和药敏试验结果进行了调查。结果在2006年1月-2008年6月期间从该医院病人标本中检出6 539株病原菌,其中革兰阴性杆菌3 639株,占55.65%;革兰阳性球菌1487株,占22.74%;白色假丝酵母菌1 413株,占21.61%。革兰阴性杆菌中大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌分别占35.9%和20.9%,革兰阳性球菌中金黄色葡萄球菌占57.3%。未发现耐万古霉素菌株,革兰阴性杆菌对三代头孢的耐药率较高。结论医院感染致病菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主要菌群,其对抗生素的耐药性有上升趋势。
