胃癌细胞PTEN、MMP-9蛋白的表达及临床意义

目的检测胃癌细胞PTEN、MMP-9蛋白的表达，分析其与临床病理参数的关系，特别是与随访病人预后的关系，探讨利用免疫组织化学技术分析肿瘤细胞蛋白表达推测胃癌恶性生物学行为及患者预后的可能性。方法采用免疫组织化学sP方法检测70例手术切除胃癌的肿瘤细胞PTEN及MMP-9的蛋白表达情况。结果PTEN的表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度和淋巴结转移呈负相关，与胃癌患者预后呈正相关。MMP-9蛋白表达强度与胃癌分化程度、淋巴结转移、浆膜浸润正相关。MMP-9蛋白表达高低与胃癌病人的总生存期呈负相关。结论联合检测PTEN、MMP-9的蛋白表达可以判断胃癌病人的预后。

Protein expression of PTEN and MMP-9 and relationship with Gastric Carcinoma

[Objective] The present study was designed to investigate the protein expressions of PTEN and MMP-9 and their relationship with clinical pathologle index, espoeiaUy prognosis, and to assess the possibility for judging gastric carcinoma of its biologic behavior and prognosis. [Methods] The immunohistoehemieal SP method was applied to examine the expressions of PTEN and MMP-9 in 70 samples of gastric carcinoma excised from patients and their relationships with biologic behavior and prognosis were also analyzed. [Results] PTEN expression has negative correlation with the differentiation degree, the invaded depth and the lymph node metastasis, but has positive correlation with the prognosis of the patients. MMP-9 expression has positive correlation with the differentiation degree, the lymph node metastasis and the invaded depth, but has negative correlation with the total survival period. [Conclusion] Combined detection of the expression of PTEN and MMP-9 are useful for the prognostic prediction of gnstrie carcinoma.
