摘    要:
目的分析影响云南省旋毛虫病卫生、饮食和行为习惯等危险因素,为旋毛虫病防治提供对策。方法应用现场问卷调查和血清学检查方法,使用单因素非条件Logistic回归结合多因素非条件Logistic回归模型分析。结果有10个因素最终选入多因素非条件Logistic回归模型,包括生吃或半生吃猪肉和狗肉,不同的地区分布,是否一直是现居住地及居住年限。结论影响云南省旋毛虫病的危险因素为生吃或半生吃猪肉和狗肉等饮食习惯、不同的地区分布、是否一直是现居住地及居住年限,对旋毛虫病的防治应采取有效地防治措施以降低发病率。

Abstract:
Objective To provide the effective control measures for preventing trichinosis by analyzing the risk factors of trichinosis, sanitation, food, custom, and behaviors. Method Using questionnaire and serological tests, the investigated factors were analyzed by unvaried and multivariate un-conditioned Logistic regression model. Result 10 factors are included in multivariate unconditioned Logistic regression model. The factors are as follows: eating raw or semi-raw pork and dog, different area distribution, long residence and years. Conclusion The risk factors of trichinosis in Yunnan Province are eating raw or semi-raw pork and dog, differences in geographical area, and period of residence. The effective control measures should be adopted to reduce the incidence of trichinosis.
