干部群体对重大疾病危险因素干预措施支持度的分析

[目的]对已具有重大疾病危险因素的广西大学干部群体开展干预措施,建立随访健康登记表。[方法]筛选2004年、2005年每年干部健康体检中有异常指标的广西大学干部群体,按类别分组,开展健康宣传教育、解答健康咨询、制定个性化的健康指导书,建立随访健康登记表,定期检查随访。[结果]1 176名入选人群,参与干预措施并成功建立随访健康登记表,定期检查随访的有550人（46.77%）。[结论]在干部群体中开展重大疾病危险因素的干预措施,降低重大疾病的发病率,仍需加大力度,医患多方配合,任重而道远。

ANALYSIS ON THE SUPPORTING LEVEL OF CADRE GROUP TOWARDS INTERVENTION MEASURES FOR RISK FACTORS OF VITAL DISEASE

[Objective]To implement intervention measures and establish follow up health registration forms among the cadre group in Guangxi University,who had risk factors of vital diseases.[Methods]The cadre group with abnormal indexes from physical checkup in 2004 and 2005 in Guangxi University were screened and divided into groups by categories,then the intervention measures were carried out,including developing health propaganda and education,answering health inquiry,making individual health guidance manual,establishing follow up health registration forms,as well as regular follow up.[Results]OF the 1 176 cadres selected,550 cadres(46.77%)took part in intervention and their health registration forms for follow up were established successfully.[Conclusions]The strength of intervention work and the cooperation of medical staff and patients are needed in implementing intervention measures for risk factors of vital diseases among cadre groups,in order to reduce the incidence rate of vital diseases.And the burden is heavy and the road is long.
