| 摘 要： | 探讨注射用硫酸依替米星治疗急性细菌感染性疾病的临床疗效及安全性。 5 0例急性细菌感染的患者 ,硫酸依替米星每次 2 0 0 mg,qd,疗程 5～ 10 d,其中 4例联合使用其它抗生素。记录患者症状、体征、辅助检查的变化。结果单独使用硫酸依替米星治疗急性细菌感染的有效率为 95 .6 5 % ,治愈率为 82 .6 1% ,不良反应率为 4.35 %。结论 硫酸依替米星对各部位的感染均有较好的临床疗效 ,安全性高。

| Abstract: | To
study the efficacy and safety of etimicin sulfate for the treatment of acute antibacerial
infections. 50 patients were selected, among them 4 cases were treated in combination with
other antibiotics, and the rest were given solely with etimicin sulfate at a dose of 200mg
at a time, dissolved in saline by intravenous drip, 30～60min. qd, 5～10 days; during the therapeutic course, the changes of
symptoms, signs, and laboratory examinations were recorded before and after the
treatments. Results The efficacy rate of the etimicin sulfate used solely was 95.65%;
cure rate of 82.61% and the adverse durg event rate was 4.35% respectively. Conclusion
Etimicin sulfate has a potent therapeutic efficay in acute bacterial infections and is a
safe antibiotic. |
