| 摘 要： | 目的：报告改进的固定方法治疗脊椎滑脱的临床结果。方法：设计了一种新的脊柱固定器械，该器械由四枚椎弓根钉、两根纵向连杆和两块横向连接板组成。固定范围限制在两椎体之间，器械的固定角度可根据需要进行调整。结果：应用新的脊柱固定器械治疗脊椎滑脱１４例，经临床观察和随访，治疗效果满意。结论：该器械具有手术方法简单、固定牢固和手术创伤小等优点 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To report the clinical results of improvement of the fixed method of spondylisthesis.Methods:A new spinal fixation instrument was designed.This instrument was composed of four pedicles nails,two longitudinal connectiong rods and two transverse connectiong plates.The fixed range was limited between two vertebrae.The fixed angulation of the instrument was adjusted according to requirment.Results:Fourteen cases of spondylolisthesis were treated with the new spinal fixation instrument.The results were evaluated as satisfactory by clinical observation and follow-up study.Conclusions:Simply operative method,secure fixation and less surgery trauma were advantages of the instrument. |
