| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨抗心衰复方片(CTMC)对豚鼠慢性心力衰竭(CHF)心脏功能的影响.方法 采用皮下反复注射异丙肾上腺素6周,制作豚鼠心肌缺血型CHF模型.观察CTMC对CHF豚鼠血流动力学、脏器/体质量比、病理改变和血清心肌肌钙蛋白-I(cTn-I)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)含量的影响.结果 CHF动物模型制作成功;CTMC可明显降低左室舒张压和左室舒张末压,中、大剂量组尤为显著;可显著提高左室收缩和舒张最大速率的绝对值,大剂量组更显著;明显减轻心肌细胞损伤和坏死;并可降低血清cTn-I、CK-MB含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 抗心衰复方片可改善CHF心脏的舒张功能和心肌细胞损伤,并呈现药物剂量依赖性.
