冬虫夏草水提液抗心肌细胞缺氧再给氧损伤的实验研究

摘    要:采用荧光素染色法和ACAS570型粘附细胞仪观察冬虫夏草水提液对正常心肌细胞内Ca2+的作用及对缺氧再给氧时细胞内Ca2+的影响。结果显示:冬虫夏草水提液能降低正常心肌细胞内Ca2+的浓度,减轻缺氧再给氧时细胞内Ca2+超载现象,二者均呈良好的量效关系。提示冬虫夏草水提液可能有减轻缺氧再给氧损伤的作用。

Abstract:By using fluorescence staining method,the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Cordyceps sinensis on intracellular free calcium (Ca2+) level in cultured neonatal rat myocardial cells and in anoxia-reoxygenation myocardial cells were studied with adherent cell analysis and sorting cytometer 570 (ACAS 570). The results demonstrated that (1)The level of intracellular Ca2+ decreased immediately after the addition of Cordyceps sinensis; (2) Cordyceps sinensis significantly reduced the level of in tracellular Ca2+ due to anoxia-reoxygenation. All of these were dose-dependent. These showed that Cordyceps sinensis could a gainst calcium overload during anoxia-reoxygenation.
