热敏灸联合针刺治疗臀上皮神经卡压综合征的临床研究

目的比较热敏灸联合针刺、热敏灸、针刺治疗臀上皮神经卡压综合征的疗效差异。方法将90例臀上皮神经卡压综合征患者随机分为热敏灸联合针刺组、热敏灸组、针刺组,每组30例,分别予以热敏灸联合针刺、热敏灸、针刺治疗。每日治疗1次,10次一个疗程,共治疗2个疗程,疗程间隔1 d。治疗后予以数字评定量表(NRS)进行疗效评价。结果 3组治疗后NRS较治疗前均明显降低(均P<0.05)。治疗后,热敏灸联合针刺组与热敏灸组、针刺组NRS比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。3组总有效率分别为90.0%、73、3%、70.0%,热敏灸联合针刺组与热敏灸组、针刺组总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论热敏灸联合针刺治疗臀上皮神经卡压综合征疗效优于单纯热敏灸、针刺治疗,疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Clinical Research on Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Gluteal Nerve Entrapment Syndrome

Objective To compare the effect differences of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture, heat-sensitive moxibustion,acupuncture in treating gluteal nerve entrapment syndrome.Methods Totally 90 patients were randomly assigned into heatsensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture group,heat-sensitive moxibustion group,acupuncture group,with 30 cases in each group.The heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture group received heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture treatment.The heat-sensitive moxibustion group received heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment.The acupuncture group received acupuncture treatment.Treatment was given once a day,10 times a course,two courses in total,with an interval of 1 day.Numeric rating scale(NRS) was used for efficacy evaluation after treatment.Results Intra-group comparison: NRS after treatment was significantly lower in each group than that before treatment(all P < 0.05).Group comparison: After treatment,the heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture group NRS compared by heat-sensitive moxibustion group NRS or acupuncture group NRS was statistically significant(both P < 0.05).Total efficiency comparison,the total effective rates of the three groups were 90.0%,73.3 % and 70.0% respectively.The heat-sensitive moxibustion unite acupuncture group total efficiency compared by heat-sensitive moxibustion group total efficiency or acupuncture group total efficiency was statistically significant(both P < 0.05).Conclusion The heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of gluteal nerve entrapment syndrome is superior to simple heat-sensitive moxibustion or acupuncture,the curative effect is significant,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
