| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨COX-2抑制剂celecoxib对人骨肉瘤SaoS-2细胞株VEGF和bFGF表达的影响.方法 间接免疫荧光流式细胞术和Westem Blot法检测细胞COX-2、VEGF、bFGF的表达状况.结果 COX-2抑制剂celecoxib呈浓度依赖性地抑制人骨肉瘤SaoS-2细胞株COX-2、VEGF、bFCF的表达.结论 抑制COX-2的表达及由此引起的VEGF和bFGF蛋白表达降低,在COX-2抑制剂抗骨肉瘤的机制中可能具有一定作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of inhibitor of COX - 2 on expression of VEGF and bFGF in SaoS - 2 cells. Methods The expressions of COX - 2, VEGF and bFGF in SaoS - 2 cells were determined by FCM assay and Western blot. Results Celecoxib, an inhibitor of COX - 2, inhibited the expressions of COX - 2, VEGF and bFGF in SaoS - 2 cells in dose - dependent manner. Conclusions The down - regulation of VEGF anti bFGF induced by inhibitor of COX - 2 may be related to its anti - osteosarcoma effect. |
