宫颈环扎术术后不同护理方式对患者心理健康及生活质量的影响研究

目的 分析宫颈环扎术后不同护理方式对患者心理健康及生活质量的影响。方法 选取河源市妇幼保健院2019年1月至2021年3月期间收治的70例宫颈环扎术患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组采用术后常规护理;观察组在对照组基础上采用综合护理;比较两组患者心理健康状态、生活质量、健康状态及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组出院时、出院后1个月焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况高于对照组,生理状况、附加关注评分低于对照组,GHQ-12评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出院后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对宫颈环扎术术后患者采用综合护理,可改善患者心理健康,提高生活质量,值得推广应用。

Study on the influence of different nursing methods on patient mental health and quality of life after cervical ring ligation

Objective To analyze the effects of different nursing methods on patients" mental health and quality of life after cervical cerclage. Methods 70 patients with cervical cerclage treated in Heyuan maternal and child health hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected,they were randomly divided into control group (n = 35) and observation group (n = 35),the control group received routine nursing after operation; The observation group adopted comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group; The mental health status, quality of life, health status and complications were compared between the two groups. Results At discharge and 1 month after discharge, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the social / family status, emotional status and functional status were higher than those of the control group, the physiological status and additional attention scores were lower than those of the control group, and the GHQ-12 score was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications after discharge in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients after cervical cerclage can improve their mental health and quality of life, which is worthy of popularization and application.
