| 摘 要： | 本文对１００例中晚期原发性肝癌ＤＳＡ影像表现进行了动态观察分析，认为：中晚期肝癌使ＤＳＡ显影的时相发生明显改变，肝动脉、门静脉血供比例失调，门静脉血回流受阻。观察分析中晚期肝癌的ＤＳＡ表现具有重要的临床价值。 |

| Abstract: | cases of DSA imaging manifestation in the midand later period of primary hepetoma were ob-served dynamically.The authors thought that the mid and later stages of primary hepatoma made the developing phase of DSA image change obviously,the proportyion of the blood supply of hepatic artery and portal vein became loss of bal-ance,and the flow of portal vein was obstructed.Observation of DSA manifestation in the mid and later stages of primaryhepatoma had important clinical value. |
