体外受精-胚胎移植中反复种植失败妇女血清催产素水平初步分析

摘    要:
目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗周期中反复种植失败和第一次胚胎移植妇女血清催产素水平的变化。方法采用前瞻性对比研究。收集2009年3月至5月在中山大学附属第一医院生殖医学中心进行IVF-ET治疗的44例不孕患者,其中A组为第一次胚胎移植23例,B组为既往反复种植失败21例。分别测定Gn启动日、HCG注射日、ET日和ET术后第5天血清催产素和激素水平。结果B组HCG注射日、ET日催产素水平显著高于A组(均P=0.03)。妊娠组(23例)Gn启动日、HCG注射日、ET日和ET术后第5天血清催产素水平均显著低于非妊娠组(21例)(P〈0.05)。结论IVF-ET治疗周期中反复种植失败妇女和第一次胚胎移植妇女血清催产素水平变化的规律,提示血清催产素增高可能是反复种植失败的重要原因之一。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the profile of serum oxytocin during the IVF-ET cycle in repeated implantation failure patients compare with the first embryo transfer patients. Methods Prospective comparison study was conducted. A total of 44 patients suffer from infertility undergoing IVF/ICSI treatment in our center were reeruitmented from March 2009 to May 2009. The serum oxytocin and hormone level on the day of Gn starting, HCG administration, the ET and the day 5 of ET between Group A (first embryo transfer, 23 patients)and Group B (repeated implantation failure,21 patients) was analyzed. Results Serum oxytoein level on HCG-day and the day of ET is significantly higher in Group B than it in Group A(P =0. 03). Also the nonpregnancy group( n = 21 ) oxytocin concentration on Gn starting day, HCG-day, the day of ET and clay 5 of ET is remarkable higher than it in pregnancy group ( n = 23 ) ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Our result was first demonstrated that there were higher serum oxytocin concentration in repeated implantation failure patients compare with the first embryo transfer patients during IVF-ET cycles, which suggested that was probably an important reason for implantation failure.
