动气针法和电针法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效分析

目的：对比动气针法和电针法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：将90例符合肩周炎诊断标准的患者按首次就诊次序随机分为动气针法治疗组和电针治疗组，每组45例，两组均隔天治疗1次，10次1疗程，1疗程结束后进行临床疗效统计。结果：动气针法治疗组中有效44例，总有效率为97．8％，其中治愈30例，治愈率为66．7％；电针治疗组中有效38例，总有效率为84．4％，其中治愈19例，治愈率为42．2％，在总有效率和治愈率方面，两组的差异郝具有显著统计学意义（P〈0．05），动气针法治疗组明显优于电针治疗纽。结论：与电针法相比，动气针法治疗肩周炎取穴少，见效快，且有较高的有效率和治愈率，值得临床推广使用。

Effectiveness Analysis on Dongqi Acupuncture and Electropuncture in Treating Periarthritis of shoulder

objective：Comparing the therapeutic effect of Dongqi acupuncture with that of electropuncture. Method： 90 patients meeting the diagnostic standards were randomly divided into Dongqi Acupuncture group and Electropuncture group, with 45 patients in each group. Two groups were respectively treated with Dongqi acupuncture and Electropuncture every other day. After 10 times, i.e. 1 course of treatment, the therapeutic analysis was carried out. Result： In Dongqi acupuncture group, the effective rate and curative rate are respectively 97.8% and 66.7%, while in electropuncture group, the figures are 84.4% and 42.2%. With significant statistic difference in effective rate and curative rate （P〈0.05）, Dongqi acupuncture is better than electropuncture in treating periarthritis of shoulder. Conclusion： Comparing with electropuncture, Dongqi acupuncture chooses less acupoints and has better effectiveness, so it is worthy of more promotion and application.
