摘    要:
报告了缺氧3小时家兔心肌的超微结构变化的观察结果。心肌有广泛的细胞内、外水肿;线粒体肿胀;糖元颗粒减少或消失;但肌原纤维及细胞核的改变较少。上述改变表明心肌的缺氧病变与结扎冠状动脉造成的病变相比,其损害程度较轻。

Abstract:
The ultrastructure of myccardium was observed in ten hypoxic rabbits.Thechanges of myocardial ultrastructure include intracellular and extracellular edema,mitochondfial swelling,disorganization of sarcomeres and disruption of the myo-fibrials,decreased glycogen granulae and shrinkage of the nucleus.The damage ofmyocardium was less serious as compared with hypoxia induced by the ligation ofthe coronary artery.
