醒脑开窍针刺法治疗超早期脑梗死的临床观察

 目的探讨醒脑开窍针刺法对超早期脑梗死患者神经功能缺损动态改变的影响及临床疗效观察.方法入院患者依据随机数字表分为超早期针刺治疗组和对照组,观察醒脑开窍针刺法对两组患者治疗前、后7、14、21 d的神经功能缺损评分的改变及临床疗效.结果治疗组在第14天、21天时患者的神经功能缺损改变与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且治疗组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组(66.67%),治疗组无恶化,而对照组的恶化率为13.33%.结论醒脑开窍针刺法超早期介入有助于脑梗死患者神经功能缺损的恢复,有效控制病情恶化,提高临床疗效.

Clinical efficacy of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy on neurological impairment in superearly stage acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao(XNKQ) acupuncture therapy on neurological impairment in superearly stage acute cerebral infarction.Methods Patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomized to control group and XNKQ therapy group.The neurological impairment scores of the two groups were observed before intervention and on the 7th,14th and 21th days after therapy.Results A significant amelioration of neurological function was observed in XNKQ therapy group on the 7th,14th and 21th days after therapy(P<0.05).A significantly higher total effective rate was evaluated in XNKQ therapy group(93.33%) versus control group((66.67)%).In addition, no aggravation of patient's condition was observed in XNKQ therapy group,while the morbid conditions in 13.33% of patients in control group were aggravated.Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy in superearly stage acute cerebral infarction promotes the improvement of neurological function and effectively controls the aggravation of patient's condition,thus improving the prognosis.
