阿托伐他汀与辛代他汀调脂疗效比较

目的；观察比较阿托伐他汀与辛伐他汀临床调指疗效及安全性。方法：将160例高脂血症患随机分成两组。A组：阿托代他汀10mg/d；B组：辛代他汀10mg/d。治疗前，治疗后4周，8周化验血清总胆固醇（TC），低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL－C），高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL－C），甘油三脂（TG），谷丙转氨酶（SGPT），肌酸激酶（CK）。结果：阿托伐他汀及辛伐他汀均能明显降低TC（P＜0．05），LDL－C水平（P＜0．01），阿托伐他汀降LDL－C作用强于辛伐他汀（P＜0．05），阿托伐他汀能明显降低TG水平（P＜0．05）辛伐他汀8周后降TG水平达到显差异（P＜0．05），阿托代他汀降TG作用明显强于辛伐他汀（P＜0．05），两药均能升高HDL－C水平（P＜0．05），但两组间比较未达到显差别（P＞0．05）。两药均有良好安全性。结论：阿托伐他汀，辛伐他汀均能明显降低TC，LDL－C，TG水平，阿托伐他汀将LDL－C，TG作用优于辛伐他汀，两药均能升高HDL－C水平。

Comparison between Atorvastatin and Simvastatin in Treatment of Hyperlipidemia

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of atorvastatin versus simvastatin in treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods: One hundred and sixty cases with hyperlipidemia were randomizedly divided into two groups, of which atorvastatin 10mg/ d in group A and simvastatin 10mg/d in group B. Examine the level of TC, LDL- C, HDL - C, TG, SGPT, and CK in serum before therapy, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after therapy. Results: Both atorvastatin and simvastatin could significantly decrease the level of TC(P < 0.05), LDL- C(P < 0.01) and TG(P < 0.05), but atorvastatin is more significant than simvastatin in decreasing the level of LDL- C(P < 0.05) and TG(P < 0.05). Both of them could elevate the level of HDL- C (P < 0.05) in serum ,but no significant differences between the two groups (P > 0.05) . The safety of them is good. Conclusion: Both atorvastatin and simvastatin are effective and safe in treatment of hyperlipidemia,but atorvastatin is superior to simvastatin.
