| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨鼻内镜手术致严重并发症的原因。方法 收集1996年9月至2004年9月四川地区开展鼻内镜手术所发生的严重并发症，并进行分析。结果 在8年间四川地区共发生严重并发症32例，其中死亡4例，视力丧失4例，功能障碍4例。20例经过治疗没有遗留明显的功能障碍。结论 加强鼻窦解剖的训练，详细了解病情，严格遵守医疗操作，鼻内镜手术严重并发症是可以预防的。

| Abstract: | Objective Inquiring into the interrelated factors of sever complications of functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS).Methods It was reported the severe complications of FESS in Sichuan province from September,1996 to September,2004.The clinical data were analysed and severe complications were discussed.Results There are the severe complications of 32 patients of FESS in 8 years.The severe complications include death(4 patients),blindness(4 patients),function disorder(4 patients).Conclusion Pay attention to the training of paranasal sinus dissection,well understand the disease history,and strictly follow the operation procedures,and the severe complications of FESS are avoidable. |
