摘    要:医疗质量的安全是医院管理中永恒的主题,医院输液泵的质量安全问题是医院质量控制中的一个重要环节.输液现在已经成为医院最为普及的治疗手段.一般情况下,我们都是依靠重力输液来解决较轻的病状.但是对于危重病人,临床上要求根据药物和患者情况不同配以适当的输液速度,这就需要输液泵来辅助临床输液,但是输液泵输液时存在很多误差,输液泵流速质控成为了我们对临床质控的一个大的研究课题.如何把输液误差降到最低,让病人享受低风险的输液治疗,这就是本文要探讨的问题.

Abstract:The safety of medical treatment is the eternal topic in the hospital management. For instance, the quality control of transfusion pump plays an important role in hospital QC, Nowadays, as the most common means, transfusion relying on gravitation can solve some lighter clinical symptoms. However, according to different medicine and extent of diseases, different transfusion speed that is adjusted by transfusion pump is required. Because of the existence of errors of the pumps, the research about the flow speed has to become an important part for the QC in clinic. Thus, the purpose of the paper mainly focuses on how to decline the errors of transfusion and the risk on patients who accept the transfusion treatment.
