威麦宁胶囊联合放疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的观察威麦宁胶囊联合三维适形放疗（3DCRT）治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的临床疗效及不良反应。方法168例老年NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。每组84例，行3DCRT治疗，总剂量60～66Gy／30～33F／6—6．6W。治疗组3DCRT治疗同时予威麦宁胶囊口服，8粒／次，3次／日，服用至放疗结束后2周。2组放疗结束后60天评价疗效。结果治疗组患者的生活质量评分提高率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组有效率86．9％，对照组有效率73．8％（P〉0．05）；局部症状缓解改善率治疗组均明显高于对照组。治疗组放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎等放疗不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论威麦宁胶囊联合3DCRT治疗老年晚期NSCLC能提高临床疗效，并能减轻放射治疗不良反应，提高患者生存质量。

Wei Mai Ning Capsule Combined with Radiotherapy for Elderly Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects of Wei Mai Ning Capsule combined with three dimensional-conformal radiotherapy（3DCRT） for elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods 168 cases of elderly patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into the therapy group and the control group, with 84 cases in each group. The control group were given 3DCRT with a total dose of 60 - 66 Gy/30 - 33 F/6 - 6.6 W, the therapy group were given Wei Mai Ning Capsule combined with 3DCRT,8 capsules three times a day until 2 weeks after radiotherapy. Efficacy of the 2 groups were evaluated 60 days after radiotherapy. Results The elevated rates of Karnofsky score of the therapy group were significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rates of the 2 groups were 86.9% vs 73.8% （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Local symptom improvement rate of the therapy group were significantly higher than that of the control group. The major toxicities such as radiative pneumonitis and esophagitis in the therapy group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Wei Mai Ning Capsule combined with 3 DCRT for elderly patients with advanced NSCLC is effective. It can decrease complications of radiotherapy, and improve patientg quality of life.
