五劳七损方治疗强直性脊柱炎50例临床研究

目的：观察五劳七损方治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效与安全性。方法-对50例患者予五劳七损方治疗，治疗6月后观察治疗效果。结果：临床总有效率为96．0％；治疗后患者晨僵时间、脊柱痛评分、全身疼痛评分、疾病活动指数、关节功能指数、医生总体评价、枕墙距、胸廓活动度、Schober征、指地距、血沉、C-反应蛋白等各项指标均有不同程度改善，与治疗前比较，差异有显著性或非常显著性意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。所有患者未出现血、尿常规异常及肝、肾功能损害。结论：五劳七损方对强直性脊柱炎安全有效。

Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis with Wulao Qisun Recipe： A Report of 50 cases

Objective： To investigate the curative effect and safety of Wulao Qisun Recipe in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis（AS）. Methods： A total of 50 AS patients from outpatient sections and wards were treated with Wulao Qisun Recipe for 6 months. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 96.0%. And the observation indexes of morning stiffness time, rachialgia scores, whole body pain scores, disease activity index, functional index, axial joint tenderness index, ocdput to wall distance, finger to floor distance, activity of thorax, Schober＇s sign, erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）and C-reactive protein（CRP）were significantly ameliorated to various degrees（P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 compared with those before treatment）. No changes were shown in blood and urinary routine examinations nor damage was found in liver and kidney functions. Conclusion： Wulao Qisun Recipe is safe and effective for the treatment of AS.
