补肾活血汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

目的：观察补肾活血汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：将84例患者随机分为2组，对照组38例采用常规治疗，观察组46例在对照组治疗的基础上加用补肾活血汤口服治疗，疗程均为10天，观察比较2组临床效果。结果：总有效率观察组为93．48％，对照组为76．32％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈O．05）。观察组腰痛、下肢放射痛、下肢麻木、直腿抬高试验4项指标腰椎间盘疾患治疗成绩评分表（JOA）评分均高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组腰痛、下肢放射痛、下肢麻木缓解时间及住院天数均短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：采用补肾活血汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症能够明显缓解腰痛症状，缩短治疗时间，临床疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of Bushen Huoxue Decoction for Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods.. Eighty-four patients were randomly divided into the observation group with 46 cases and control group with 38 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction based on treatment for the control group. The treatment lasted for 10 days, and after treatment, the clini- cal effect was observed in both groups. Results= The total effective rate was 93.48% in the observation group, and was 81.58% in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. The Japanese Orthopaedic Association（JOA） scores of lumbago, sciatica, lower limb numbness, straight leg raising test were significantly higher（P 〈 0.05）, and the time for lumbago, sciatica and lower limb numbness as well as hospitalization days were obviously less than in the observation group than those in treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc clinical efficacy. the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion herniation can significantly relieve pain, The use of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the shorten treatment time, and has significant clinical efficacy.
