清胰汤联合常规综合疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效观察

目的：观察清胰汤联合常规综合疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例重症胰腺炎患者随机分为2组各40例，均采取常规综合治疗，观察组在此基础上给予清胰汤加减治疗，观察2组}临床疗效及治疗前后APACHE-Ⅱ评分、Ran—sOn评分及C-反应蛋白水平变化。结果：总有效率观察组为92．5％，高于对照组的75．0％（P〈0．05）；治疗后观察组APACHE-Ⅱ评分、Ranson评分及C-反应蛋白水平均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：清胰汤联合常规综合疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效显著，可明显减轻患者的炎性反应。

Clinical Effect of Qingyi Decoction Combined with Conventional Comprehensive Thera- py for Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Qingyi Decoction combined with conventional comprehensive therapy for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods： A total of 80 cases with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups, and the control group was given conventional comprehens（ve therapy while the observation group was given QingTi Decoction combined with the conventional comprehensive therapy. The clinical effi- cacy was evaluated after treatment, and the changes of APACHE- II scores, Ranson scores and C-reactive protein （CRP） level before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 92.5% in the observation group, significantly higher than 75.0% of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the APACHE- II scores, Ranson scores and CRP level of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： QingTi Decoction combined with routine comprehensive therapy is effective for the treat- ment of severe pancreatitis has significant effect, and can significantly reduce the inflammatory response.
