| 摘 要： | 目的探讨利培酮合用碳酸锂治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法将92例难治性精神分裂症患者随机分为合用药组和单用药组，合用药组以利培酮合用碳酸锂治疗，单用药组以利培酮治疗，疗程12周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）及治疗副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果合用药组有效率为71．7％，单用药组有效率为50％。合用药组阳性症状、精神病理在2周末已有显著下降（P〈0．05），而单用药组阳性症状、精神病理在4周末才有显著下降（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。两组部分在4周末均有显著下降（P〈0．01），12周末两组部分比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。两组不良反应差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论利培酮合用碳酸锂治疗难治性精神分裂症同样安全而疗效优于单用利培酮。
