| 摘 要： | 目的评价活血化瘀中药复方治疗急性脑出血的疗效与安全性。方法检索从数据库建库至2009年2月活血化瘀中药复方治疗急性脑出血的随机对照试验。对纳入研究的方法学质量进行评价,并用RevMan软件进行统计分析。结果在近期疗效上,10个研究的合并分析显示,活血化瘀中药复方可明显改善急性脑出血患者的神经功能缺损。1个研究结局指标为NIHSS评分,经治疗后活血化瘀组评分低于对照组。结论活血化瘀中药复方在短期内可能有助于改善急性脑出血的神经功能缺损,对远期神经功能缺损的影响尚不清楚;因此仍然需要进行大规模、高质量、随访时间足够的随机对照研究。
