关于我国医院药学服务法规政策的现状研究

目的:探究我国现有法律法规及地方性政策对医院药学服务的扶持力度,据此为医院药学服务法规政策的完善提供方向与建议。方法:查找、选取与医院药学服务有关的各级卫生行政部门颁发的法律法规及政策性文件,通过对比分析法来判断其对医院药学服务的扶持力度。结果与结论:我国现有法规政策对医院发展药学服务的扶持力度不足,需适当补充、细化相关内容,强化法规政策的实施效力,推动并规范医院药学服务的发展。

Research on the Current Status of Regulations and Policies Relevant to Nosocomial Pharmaceutical Care in China

Objective：To research on the functions of existing laws, regulations and local policies in supporting nosocomial pharmaceutical care in China so as to offer direction and proposals for perfecting the regulations and policies of pharmaceutical care. Methods：The laws, regulations and policies relevant to nosocomial pharmaceutical care published by health administrative departments at different levels were selected. Comparative analysis was conducted to judge the supporting degree of those regulations to nosocomial pharmaceutical care. Results and Conclusion：The supporting effect to pharmaceutical care in hospital is insufficient. The existing regulations and policies need to be supplemented and the contents need to be elaborated. In order to promote and regulate the development of nosocomial pharmaceutical care, the implementation effectiveness needs to be strengthened.
