| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the status and the variation tendency of the application of common lipid regulators in Inner Mongolia General Forestry Hospital from 2007 to 2009 so as to provide references for rational selection and use of these drugs in both economical and effective ways. Methods： The consumption sum,DDDs and DDC of common lipid regulators used in our hospital during 2007-2009 were analyzed statistically. The synchronous correlation in application of the drugs was compared by using the ratio of serial numbers. Results： From 2007 to 2009,the consumption sum and DDDs of simvastatin,as well as DDC of Xuezhikang ranked in the first place steadily. Conclusion： The consumption sum and DDDs of lipid regulators showed a steady trend in our hospital. The best synchronous correlation of simvastatin,Zhibituo and fenofibrate was proved. |
