| 摘 要： | 目的探寻体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）过程中卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）的中医辨证分型特点。方法分析58例OHSS患者的中医辨证分型及其与Golan分度的关系。结果 OHSS患者中医证型主要以脾肾两虚兼水湿内停证为主。随着病情的加重,脾肾两虚证、脾肾两虚兼水湿内停证、脾肾两虚水湿内停兼气滞血瘀证依次呈递进关系。轻度患者以脾肾两虚和脾肾两虚兼水湿内停为主要证型,这2个证型在OHSS轻度患者中所占比例相当;中度OHSS患者以脾肾两虚兼水湿内停为主要证型;10例重度OHSS患者均为脾肾两虚水湿内停兼气滞血瘀证。结论 OHSS中医证型分布呈现一定的规律。
