Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of PBL and LBL double-track to oncology of integrated medicine teaching.Methods Total of 238 medical students in Dec.2009—Dec.2010 were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(PBL and LBL double-track)had 117 students and the control group(LBL teaching)had 121 students.After the teaching,questionnaire survey was conducted in the two groups.The diferences between the two groups were analyzed by using SPSS statistical software.Results The students'ability of clinical thinking with the observation group was significantly higher than students in the control group(P〈0.05).Students made a positive evaluation for PBL and LBL double-track.Conclusion PBL and LBL double-track in oncology of integrated medicine teaching is effective.It should be suggested in experiences.
