| 摘 要： | 目的：从景天中提取多糖,并测定其含量。方法：运用微波技术用水提醇沉法提取景天多糖,用酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果：测得景天中多糖含量3.81％,平均回收率为97.25％,RSD=1.01％（n=3）。结论：首次运用微波技术从景天中提取多糖,反应速度加快,收率提高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To extract and determine polysaccharides from Sedum hybridum L. Methods: Microwave technology applied in polysaccharides from Sedum hybridum L. were obtained by hotwater extraction and ethanol precipitation, content determination with phenol-vitriolic colorimetry. Results: The polysaccharides content from Sedum hybridum L. was 3.81%, recovery rate was 97.25%. Conclusion: Microwave technology applied in the polysaccharides from Sedum hybridum L. has been obtained for the first time, it is rapid and with higher productive. |
