| 摘 要： | 目的 观察低分子肝素（LMWH）对原发性肾病综合征的疗效和安全性。方法 30例原发性肾病综合征病人随机分为两组，对照组给予强的松。LMWH组在强的松治疗的基础上每日加用LMWH皮下注射。结果 LMWH组血纤维蛋白原（FIB），D－二聚体浓度明显下降，24h尿蛋白明显下降，血浆白蛋白明显上升。结论 LMWH可以明显改善原发性肾病综合征的高凝状态，延缓肾功能。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects and safety of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) on treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods 30 cases of primary nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups,steroid was given in control group.LMWH was added in the treatment group with the dosage of per 24 hour.Results It was found that fibrinogen and the fibrinogen D dimer decreased obviously in concentration,and plasma urinary protein markedly increased in LMWH group.Conclusion LMWH can obviously improve the state of high agglutination of primary nephrotic syndrome and prevent the renal fuction from progressive damage. |
