益胃散穴位贴敷预防中风后便秘疗效观察

目的 观察益胃散穴位贴敷预防中风后便秘的疗效。方法 将60例中风患者分为两组,观察组30例采用益胃散穴位贴敷法治疗,对照组30例施行常规护理。结果 观察组便秘发生率为10.0%,对照组为33.3%,观察组便秘发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 益胃散穴位贴敷能有效预防中风后便秘的发生。

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupoint Application of Stomach-invigorating Powder in Preventing Post-stroke Constipation

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupoint application of stomach-invigorating powder in preventing post-stroke constipation. Method Sixty stroke patients were randomly allocated to two groups. The observation group of 30 patients received acupoint application of stomach-invigorating powder and the control group of 30 cases, routine nursing. Result The occurrence rate of constipation was 10.0% in the observation group and 33.3% in the control group. The incidence of constipation was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application of stomach-invigorating powder can effectively prevent post-stroke constipation.
