经筋电针治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的：观察经筋电针疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法：选择60例膝骨性关节炎患者,随机分为两组各30例.对照组采用常规经络电针疗法治疗,治疗组采用经筋电针疗法治疗,辨证取穴,确定循经筋规律性阿是穴.比较两组病例治疗前及治疗后膝关节疼痛目测类比评分、WOMAC量表各项评分和临床疗效.结果：两组治疗前、后比较有显著性差异,膝关节疼痛目测类比评分均有改善（P＜0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗后两组患者的WOMAC评分中各项指标均显著降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组在改善WOMAC评分方面的疗效均优于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组疗效显著优于常规电针对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：经筋电针疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效良好.

Clinical Observation of Musculature-electro-acupuncture Therapy on Osteoarthritis of the Knee

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of musculature-electro-acupuncture therapy on osteoarthri- tis of the knee. Methods： 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group. The cases in control group were treated with conventional electro-acupuncture therapy, and the ones in treatment group were treated with musculature-electro-acupuncture after musculature-differentiating and determi- ning Ashi-point according to the meridian-tendons regularity. Then the two groups were compared on knee pain visual analogue scale, WOMAC scale scores and clinical efficacy before and after treatment. Results： There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment on curative effect. Knee pain visual ana- logue scores were improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment all the indexes in WOMAC were significantly decreased in the two groups, and the difference had statisti- cal significance between before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Treatment group was superior to control group in improving the efficacy of WOMAC scores, and the differences between groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effect of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group, there was significant differ- ence between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Musculature-electro-acupuncture therapy has good and reliable effect on osteoarthritis of the knee.
