耳穴贴压加穴位贴敷对缺血性脑卒中二级预防的临床观察

目的 观察耳穴贴压加穴位贴敷对缺血性脑卒中二级预防的疗效。方法 将社区98例首发的缺血性脑卒中患者按数字法分为观察组47例和对照组51例,两组在常规治疗的基础上,观察组应用耳穴贴压加穴位贴敷,对照组进行健康教育,两组随访12个月,观察缺血性脑卒中复发率、临床神经功能缺损评分、中医症状评分及疗效的改善情况。结果 两组患者治疗前后在临床神经功能缺损评分、中医症状评分及疗效上,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,观察组缺血性脑卒中的复发率为10.6%,对照组复发率为17.6%,两组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 耳穴贴压加穴位贴敷法对缺血性脑卒中在临床治疗中作用显著,同时又共同参与对中风危险因素的干预,起到预防中风的目的。

Clinical Observations on Auricular Point Plaster Therapy plus Acupoint Application for the Secondary Prevention of Ischemic Stroke

Objective To investigate prevention of ischemic stroke. Method the efficacy of auricular point plaster therapy Ninety community patients with first attack plus acupoint application in the secondary of ischemic stroke were allocated, using a random number table, to an observation group of 47 cases and a control group of 51 cases. In addition to routine treatment, the observation group received auricular point plaster therapy plus acupoint application and the control group, health education. The two groups were followed up for 12 months to observe the recurrence rate of ischemic stroke, the neurological deficit score, the TCM syndrome score and the therapeutic effect. Result There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the neurological deficit score, the TCM syndrome score and the therapeutic effect in the two groups of patients （P〈0.01）. The recurrence rate of ischemic stroke was 10.6% in the observation group and 17.6% in the control group; there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Auricular point plaster therapy plus acupoint application has clinically a marked therapeutic effect on ischemic stroke. Meanwhile, it is also involved in stroke risk factor intervention and serves the purpose of preventing stroke.
