肩三针温针灸配合远端穴位透刺治疗肩关节周围炎疗效观察

目的 观察肩三针温针灸配合远端穴位透刺治疗肩关节周围炎（肩周炎）的疗效。方法 将56例肩周炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组28例采用肩三针温针灸配合远端穴位透刺治疗,对照组28例采用电针治疗。结果 经过2个疗程后,两组总有效率无明显差异（P＞0.05）,但治疗组治愈率和显效率均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 肩三针温针灸配合远端穴位透刺法治疗肩周炎疗效较电针疗法更为显著。

Therapeutic Observation on Shoulder Triple-needles with Warm Needling plus Point-toward-point at Distal Acupoints for Periarthritis of Shoulder

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of shoulder triple-needles with warm needling plus point-toward-point method applied to the distal acupoint in treating periarthritis of shoulder. Method Fifty-six eligible patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomized into two groups. Twenty-eight patients in the treatment group were intervened by shoulder triple-needles with warm needling plus point-toward-point method applied to distal acupoints, while the other 28 patients were intervened by electroacupuncture. Result After 2 treatment courses, there was no significant difference in comparing the total effective rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）. However, the recovery rate and remarkable effect rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of shoulder triple-needles with warm needling plus point-toward-point method applied to the distal acupoint is more significant than that of electroacupuncture in treating periarthritis of shoulder.
